EP 153: HEALTHY BUSINESS BOUNDARIES -- Saying No
In this week’s episode I share how creating and honoring boundaries teaches clients how to treat you with respect and integrity.
There are several situations where clients can try to push boundaries, and you need a good way to say, “No.” Today, we’ll look at clients trying to get an appointment outside of your scheduled times, asking you for a doctor’s note, and what to say when clients ask you for a discount.
You don’t want to miss this episode.
“This question can really pull at our heartstrings because of course we want everyone to benefit from the work we do. So, what can you say that will help you to stick to your boundaries?”
This week on the Do It With Intention Podcast:
Learn three examples of situations you definitely want to say no to — while being clear and holding boundaries.
Find out why saying no is never a negative if you offer alternatives.
And why saying yes when you want to say no — crossing boundaries — is often triggered by fear.
