Lisa Fahay has long been drawn to Craniosacral Therapy (CST). After a life-changing experience, she enrolled in Massage Therapy school in order to pursue training in the CST modality. Rigorous learning at this stage of life has been humbling and gratifying and her Craniosacral Therapy practice will combine her vast history and love of working with children in many disciplines — from art therapy, children’s yoga, and beyond. She discovered a particular love of working with tweens and teens, offering an experience of safe touch and access to a calm nervous system. A perennial creator, Lisa’s mindfulness props and toys reduce stress and enhance a sense of peace.
