EP 70: Setting Revenue Targets for Your Bodywork Business
When I was first starting out in my bodywork business, my revenue goals were always just to make “more.” But what happens when you can never reach that target of more?
On this week’s episode, I want to build upon your vision and goals for your business we’ve been talking about the past couple of weeks, and consider how your revenue targets fit into that vision.
When you know that you are making enough money, not just “more,” you can be more present in your work with clients and they, in turn, are going to have better results from your work because of your presence.
“It can feel really uncomfortable for bodyworkers to think about revenue targets because, let’s face it, we didn’t get into this business to make gazillions of dollars. We got into this business to help people heal their pain, so it can be awkward to talk about money and revenue, but you need to be just as intentional about this as you are around everything else in your practice.”
