What I’ve learned from my own experiences is that the act of giving gratitude helps me to feel calmer, more joyful and more optimistic – something we all need going into this sure-to-be-unprecedented winter season.
Sharing your gratitude will not only bring positivity into your personal life, but your bodywork business can actually benefit as well from your expression of gratitude for others.
